Jobomschrijving

Als Process Improvement Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren, standaardiseren en verbeteren van productieprocessen. Door data-analyse, procesverbeteringen en samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen draag je bij aan hogere efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid.

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van productieprocessen
  • Reduceren van verspillingen op vlak van tijd, kosten en materialen
  • Verkorten van doorlooptijden en verminderen van stilstanden en faalkosten
  • Leiden van Lean-, Six Sigma- en Kaizenprojecten
  • Implementeren van nieuwe processen, technologieën en werkwijzen
  • Realiseren van meetbare verbeteringen binnen de productieomgeving
  • Verzamelen en analyseren van KPI’s en procesdata
  • Vertalen van data naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van procesdocumentatie, standaarden en werkinstructies
  • Begeleiden en trainen van medewerkers bij nieuwe processen en werkwijzen
  • Samenwerken met productie-, technische en kwaliteitsafdelingen
  • Verhogen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de organisatie
  • Detecteren en beperken van operationele risico’s
  • Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering en innovatie
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals industriële wetenschappen of elektromechanica
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Kennis van Lean, Six Sigma en Kaizen-methodieken
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en affiniteit met procesdata
  • Vermogen om data te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vlotte samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen
  • Resultaatgerichte en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid
  • Interesse in continue verbetering en innovatie
