Je ontwikkelt oplossingen die bijdragen aan betere processen en aantoonbare resultaten. Dit betreft een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur. Jij maakt het net slimmer bij Alliander. Dit ga je doen De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als Process Mining Analist Als Process Mining Analist combineer je proceskennis, data-analyse, technologie en verandermanagement om processen inzichtelijk te maken en te verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met proceseigenaren, business analisten, data engineers en management om verbeterkansen te identificeren en te realiseren. Het energienet van de toekomst maken we voor iedereen, mét iedereen. En als Process Mining Analist werk jij hieraan mee. Zo ben jij bezig met het: - Doelen, knelpunten en use-cases identificeren met stakeholders. - Workshops en requirementsessies organiseren en begeleiden. - Businessvraagstukken vertalen naar datagedreven oplossingen. - Samenwerken met data engineers aan dataloads en datamodellen. - KPI's, dashboards en applicaties ontwikkelen in Celonis. - Procesdata analyseren en verbeteradviezen formuleren. - Verbetermaatregelen implementeren en resultaten realiseren. - Gebruikers trainen in Process Mining en Celonis. - Benefit Tracking en Control Towers inrichten. - Process Mining-producten en impact doorontwikkelen bij Alliander.
