Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je brengt de klantprocessen in kaart (onboarding, offboarding, wijzigingen, opvolging, successie) en de processen rond rekeningen (opening, sluiting, blokkeringen, beheer van product‑life‑cycle‑events), evenals de bijhorende regelgevende rapporteringen;
  • Je optimaliseert deze processen om hun vlotheid, conformiteit en standaardisatie te garanderen;
  • Je integreert IT‑, regelgevende en digitale impacts in de processen;
  • Je schrijft business requirements, stelt functionele oplossingen voor en begeleidt hun implementatie;
  • Je bouwt de teststrategie, bereidt testcases voor, coördineert de validaties en verzekert de kwaliteit in productie;
  • Je analyseert incidenten, identificeert oorzaken, stelt corrigerende acties voor en volgt de KPI’s op;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de business, IT, Compliance, Risk, PMO en externe partners.

Jij herkent jezelf hierin

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in een economische, management- of IT‑georiënteerde richting en 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, idealiter binnen klant‑ en rekeningdomeinen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van bancaire processen binnen deze domeinen;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met projectmanagement, IT en procesoptimalisatie;
  • Je bent gestructureerd, projectgericht en een sterke teamspeler;
  • Je bent tweetalig (FR/NL), beheerst het Engels en communiceert duidelijk en professioneel.
