DEINE MISSION

* OHS-, Produktions- u. Verbesserungsprojekte erkennen, vorschlagen,

entwickeln sowie umsetzen

* Eigenständige Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen zu Lean-,

Prozess-, und OHS-Management; Lean etablieren (Kaizen, SMED, ...);

Schulen und Coachen von LEAN-Methoden

* Generelles Monitoring sämtlicher KPIs inkl. Ableitung von

Handlungsempfehlungen, Steigerung der Wertschöpfung und Sicherheit

im Werk Kröllendorf

* Prozessanalyse, Reduktion von Verschwendung, Audits durchführen

* Gefährdungen beurteilen, Teams zu Arbeitsschutzthemen unterweisen,

Vorfälle analysieren, Vorschriften ausarbeiten, einbringen und umsetzen

* UMS-Projekte planen, nachverfolgen, auswerten und Projekte zur

Verbesserung von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung eigenständig begleiten

DEIN BACKGROUND

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Wirtschaft, Technik oder vergleichbare

Qualifikation

* Lebensmittelbackground

* Ausgebildete SFK von Vorteil

* OHS-Kenntnisse und Interesse zur stetigen Verbesserung

* 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Produktion, Lean Management, OHS-Systemen

wünschenswert

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung im Prozess- & Projektmanagement idealerweise in Lean, Six

Sigma und OHS

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
