Geen dag hetzelfde bij EEG. Als Process & Operations Engineer krijg je de kans om door te groeien binnen onze organisatie en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere uitbouw van onze activiteiten.

In de rol doorloop je een groeitraject waarbij je de verschillende afdelingen binnen onze vestiging EEG Medical van A tot Z leert kennen. Op die manier word je klaargestoomd om meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over onze projecten, processen en teams.

Je ontwikkelt je expertise stap voor stap in verschillende domeinen met ondersteuning en begeleiding van onze collega’s:

  • Logistiek en kwaliteit: Je krijgt inzicht in materiaalstromen, voorraadbeheer en kwaliteitsvereisten en analyseert daarbij de bestaande processen. Je werkt actief mee aan optimalisaties van ons logistiek proces.
  • Engineering: Je biedt ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding van onze projecten voor medische gasinstallaties en infrastructuur. Daarbij word je betrokken bij de kostprijsberekeningen, maak je een analyse op van dossiers en offertes en verwerf je inzicht in technische ontwerpen.
  • Projectuitvoering: In de laatste stap van het traject ondersteun je projectleiders bij de uitvoering van onze projecten. Je helpt bij de organisatie, coördinatie en planning van de projecten waar budget, kwaliteit en timing belangrijke aspecten zijn. Je groeit hier naar een rol waarbij je op termijn de verschillende projectleiders kan aansturen.

Doorheen het traject word je nauw betrokken bij verbeterprojecten binnen verschillende afdelingen. Je krijgt een volledig inzicht in onze organisatie en werking en wordt voorbereid op een doorgroeifunctie, waarbij je geleidelijk aan meer en meer impact kan maken op onze werking en processen.

Wie ben jij:

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Je bouwde al enkele jaren ervaring op binnen projectwerking en hebt concrete ambitie om door te groeien naar een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem zoals Odoo is een sterke troef!
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
