Als Process Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en efficiënt laten verlopen van de verschillende werkposten in ons productieproces. Je waakt over de kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieuaspecten binnen jouw werkdomein. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s in teamverband en wordt hierin ondersteund door je teamleader.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bedienen van productiemachines: Je bedient en onderhoudt geavanceerde productiemachines.
  • Procesbewaking: Je volgt het productieproces, de kwaliteitsvariabelen (zoals diktemetingen en oppervlaktecontroles) en de productiviteit nauwlettend op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Grondstoffen- en materiaalbeheer: Je gaat zorgvuldig om met grondstoffen en bedient de heftruck voor het verplaatsen van materialen en producten.
  • Laden en lossen: Je helpt mee bij het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en containers.
  • Storingen & Onderhoud: Je grijpt snel en efficiënt in bij incidenten of storingen en zorgt voor het reinigen en onderhouden van de machines.
  • Orde en netheid: Je behoudt een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving.

  • Snel en leergierig: Je bent leergierig en kijkt er naar uit om verschillende werkposten te leren kennen en te beheersen.
  • Proactief & Nauwkeurig: Je werkt resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief om kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Teamplayer: Je bent sociaal en werkt vlot samen met collega’s en je teamleader.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel.
  • Rijbewijs/Attest: Ervaring met de heftruck is een pluspunt.
