Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in de regio van Gent zoeken we een Process Quality Engineer. Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, procesoptimalisatie en continue verbetering centraal staan.

De organisatie is actief binnen een gespecialiseerde industriële sector en levert hoogwaardige materialen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen. Met een sterke internationale aanwezigheid en een productievestiging van enkele honderden medewerkers zet het bedrijf dagelijks in op efficiënte processen, een constante kwaliteitsstandaard en samenwerking tussen verschillende technische disciplines.

In kader van hun groei gaan ze hier op zoek naar een Process Quality Engineer die hun productie verder kan optimaliseren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je analyseert productieprocessen van inkomende grondstoffen tot het eindproduct en zet gerichte verbeteracties op die bijdragen aan een stabiele en efficiënte productie
  • Onderzoek naar interne kwaliteitsafwijkingen en klantenklachten vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol, waarna je corrigerende en preventieve acties opvolgt en verankert op de werkvloer
  • Dankzij jouw kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende goederen en tijdens het productieproces draag je dagelijks bij aan een constante productkwaliteit
  • Kennis delen staat centraal, waardoor je opleidingen organiseert of collega's begeleidt bij kwaliteitsprocedures, werkinstructies en procesverbeteringen
  • Samen met verschillende interne teams ondersteun je verbeterprojecten, coördineer je interne en milieu-audits en waak je over de naleving van de ISO 14001- en ISO 45001-normen en een correcte afvalscheiding
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in industrieel ingenieur, chemische ingenieurswetenschappen of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving is vereist. Ervaring binnen de textiel- of chemische sector vormt een mooie meerwaarde
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en combineert een analytische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak met een proactieve ingesteldheid en een sterke teamgeest
