Ben jij een polyvalente administratieve duizendpoot die graag structuur brengt, kritisch meedenkt en graag de verschillende facetten van een organisatie leert kennen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als Process & Support Officer krijg je een bijzonder gevarieerd takenpakket. Je start met een belangrijk project waarbij je de verschillende administratieve en backofficefuncties binnen de organisatie grondig leert kennen. Je gaat in gesprek met collega's, analyseert hun dagelijkse werking en brengt hun taken en procedures duidelijk in kaart. Op basis daarvan schrijf je praktische handleidingen uit, zodat de continuÔteit van de werking gegarandeerd blijft.

Eens deze basis is gelegd, word je dé polyvalente back-up binnen het kantoor. Wanneer een collega afwezig is, spring jij in en neem je de nodige administratieve taken over. Zo bouw je een brede kennis van de organisatie op en word je een echte interne allrounder.

Jouw taken nog eens in een notendop: - Je analyseert de verschillende administratieve en backofficefuncties binnen de organisatie. - Je brengt werkprocessen en procedures duidelijk in kaart. - Je schrijft praktische en gebruiksvriendelijke handleidingen en werkinstructies uit. - Je leert de verschillende administratieve processen grondig kennen. - Je fungeert als back-up voor collega's bij ziekte of afwezigheid. - Je ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en springt flexibel bij. - Je denkt kritisch mee over bestaande processen en ziet waar zaken efficiënter kunnen. - Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen een polyvalente administratieve functie. - Ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must: je wordt volledig opgeleid. - Je bent analytisch en vindt het interessant om uit te zoeken hoe en waarom bepaalde processen verlopen. - Je bent kritisch ingesteld en durft vragen te stellen. Je bent niet iemand die zomaar "ja" knikt, maar denkt actief mee. - Je bent nauwkeurig en hecht belang aan kwalitatief werk. - Je bent hands-on, ziet werk en weet van aanpakken. - Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels, voornamelijk voor interne communicatie. - Je bent iemand die graag veel bijleert en zich op termijn wil ontplooien tot een echte administratieve allrounder.
