Process technieker - 2 ploegen

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een firma regio Waregem dat klinken, sloten en al het mechanische binnenwerk van ramen en deuren produceert, ben ik op zoek naar een Process technieker.

Takenpakket:

Als operator beschik je over een uitgebreid machinepark voor het gieten van technische onderdelen. Je staat in voor het bedienen en instellen van 6 tot 12 spuitgietmachines (2 ploegen) voor het vervaardigen en afwerken van diverse onderdelen in zamak. Dit in functie van een kwaliteitsvolle afwerking, leverstiptheid en interne en externe klantentevredenheid.

Je zet matrijzen op, wisselt de matrijzen en stelt de machine manueel in aan de hand van diverse parameters (niveau van het smeltbad, inspuitdruk (eerste slag-tweede slag), nulpunt bepalen, sluitkracht matrijs, nadruktijd, ...).

Je zorgt voor een correcte bevoorrading van de machine met zamak-blokken.

PROFIEL - je genoot een technische opleiding: bij voorkeur A3 of A2 mechanica - je kan in een 2 ploegenstelsel werken - Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is geen must, alles wordt aangeleerd in de firma - Attitude en leergierigheid is des te belangrijker

AANBOD - je komt terecht in een sterk groeiende firma - na een positieve proefperiode, maak je kans op vast contract
