Jij combineert een analytische geest met een pragmatische aanpak en voelt je even goed thuis in een technisch overleg als op de productievloer zelf. Voor een bedrijf binnen de medische diagnostiek zoeken wij een Process Validation Engineer die een departementsgenoot komt vervangen. Het is een functie waarbij je breed betrokken bent, van strategische projectplanning tot concrete uitvoering, en waarbij jouw grondige manier van werken elke dag het verschil maakt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en afronden van procesvalidaties binnen de productieafdeling, waarbij de klemtoon ligt op het kwalificeren van het volledige productieproces en niet op afzonderlijke machines of toestellen.
  • Je trekt projecten van start tot finish, stelt haalbare planningen op, bewaakt de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en legt alle bevindingen en stappen zorgvuldig vast in lijn met de GDP-vereisten.
  • Je werkt kwalificatieprotocollen uit voor apparatuur en utiliteiten, begeleidt het traject van de eerste systeemomschrijving en risicobeoordeling tot de succesvolle afronding van IQ-, OQ- en PQ-documenten.
  • Je brengt productiemedewerkers op snelheid bij nieuwe werkwijzen, bent het technische aanspreekpunt binnen het ploegverband en houdt leidinggevenden proactief op de hoogte van de stand van zaken.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke discipline en 3 tot 5 jaar praktijkervaring in een GxP-omgeving; wie al actief was in een GMP-context brengt een waardevolle voorsprong mee.
  • Je hebt al validatietrajecten opgesteld en uitgevoerd, weet hoe je technische resultaten correct interpreteert en vertaalt naar de juiste documentatie, en verliest daarbij de nauwkeurigheid nooit uit het oog.
  • Je hebt een sterke leercurve, past je snel aan nieuwe situaties aan en denkt altijd na over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, bent vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels, en hebt een uitgesproken praktische ingesteldheid.
