Over het bedrijf

Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende speler in de voedingsindustrie en produceert diverse zuivelproducten zoals slagroom, rijstdesserts en kaas. Met een moderne productievestiging in de regio Maasmechelen werk je mee in een professioneel en collegiaal team dat innovatie, kwaliteit en efficiëntie hoog in het vaandel draagt.

Jouw rol

Als Operator Roomontvangst & -bereiding ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van ontvangst tot voorbereiding van roommengelingen. Je werkt afwisselend in de controlekamer en op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat de afvullijnen altijd over de juiste producten beschikken.

Takenpakket:

  • Ontvangen en lossen van vrachtwagens met (af-)room
  • Controleren van documenten, staalnames en kwaliteitsparameters (pH, droge stof, ...)
  • Mengen en bereiden van producten volgens receptuur en planning
  • Instellen en bedienen van procesinstallaties en sterilisatoren
  • Overpompen van mengelingen naar buffertanks en productielijnen
  • Bewaken van kritische parameters zoals temperatuur en druk
  • Reinigen en steriliseren van installaties (CIP/SIP)
  • Registreren van gegevens voor traceerbaarheid en kwaliteit
  • Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen
  • Samenwerken met labo, planning, technische dienst en productie

Belangrijk:

  • Geldig heftruckattest is een vereiste
  • Goed Engels spreken en verstaan
  • Technisch inzicht: kleine storingen en klein onderhoud zelfstandig kunnen uitvoeren
  • Geurhinder en een minder propere omgeving zijn mogelijk

Verdere vereisten:

  • Technisch onderlegd en nauwkeurig
  • Oog voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit
  • Technische of procesgerichte opleiding (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Basiskennis van procesbesturingen en productielijnen
  • Basiskennis Engels, Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Bereidheid om in ploegensysteem te werken (vroege/late of vaste nacht)
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af (tillen tot 25 kg, werken in productieomgeving)
