Verwerk je niet alleen een order, maar vraag je je ook af waarom die eigenlijk zo binnenkomt? En zie je dezelfde fout voor de derde keer voorbijkomen, denk je: dit moeten we bij de bron oplossen? Dan is deze brede rol binnen ons Business Unit Measurement Solutionsteam iets voor jou. Jouw impact Als Data- & Processpecialist Customer Service kijk je verder dan één taak of afdeling. Je houdt overzicht over de processen en bent continu bezig met de vraag: hoe kunnen we onze manier van werken slimmer, beter en efficiënter maken? Het zwaartepunt van je week ligt bij data en procesverbetering (grofweg 70%). Je verdiept je in data, monitort processen en brengt verbeterkansen in kaart. Maar dat doe je niet alleen vanachter je bureau. Je zoekt collega's op en vraagt: "Laat eens zien hoe je dit doet". Je stelt de vragen die anderen soms overslaan. Waarom doen we dit zo? Kan dit eenvoudiger? Hoe voorkomen we dat hetzelfde probleem morgen opnieuw ontstaat? Daarnaast denk je actief mee over digitalisering en help je systemen en processen slimmer in te richten. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is dat je analyseren combineert met doen (de andere 30%). Door zelf mee te draaien in de dagelijkse operatie begrijp je waar processen in de praktijk vastlopen en kun je verbeteringen doorvoeren die daadwerkelijk werken. Is er extra ondersteuning nodig? Dan vind jij het vanzelfsprekend om bij te springen. Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je haalt data uit SAP, FieldBuddy en Power BI en vertaalt die naar inzicht waar het team iets aan heeft; - je ontwikkelt KPI's voor Customer Service, monitort ze en rapporteert erover, zodat we beslissingen beter kunnen onderbouwen met data; - je brengt processen in kaart en komt me...
