Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om. Jij ziet waar processen beter kunnen, waar controles scherper moeten en hoe AFAS ons werk makkelijker maakt. Je werkt op ons servicekantoor in Houten, binnen de Personeels- en Salarisadministratie. Een team in ontwikkeling, met steeds meer specialisatie, eigenaarschap en ruimte voor verbetering. En precies daar kom jij in beeld. Jij zorgt dat de salarisverwerking klopt. Je controleert loonruns van A tot Z, afdrachten en payroll-output, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het proces en grijpt in als iets niet klopt. Komt er een complex vraagstuk voorbij? Dan los jij het op én kijk je meteen hoe we het de volgende keer kunnen voorkomen.Daarnaast verbeter je processen en richt je AFAS slimmer in. Minder handmatig werk, betere controles, duidelijke werkinstructies en meer grip op de keten. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Controleren en accorderen van loonruns, afdrachten en payroll-output. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, continuïteit en betrouwbaarheid binnen het payrollproces. - Coachen van collega's zodat zij het payrolproces goed begrijpen en kunnen toepassen. - Verbeteren, digitaliseren en borgen van processen binnen de salarisadministratie. - Optimaliseren van AFAS Profit Payroll, workflows, signaleringen en controles. - Signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en verbeterkansen. - Vertalen van cao-, fiscale en wettelijke wijzigingen naar praktische processen. - Meewerken aan projecten, implementaties en wijzigingstrajecten. - Zorgen voor duidelijke werkinstructies, procesafspraken en kennisborging.
