Waar kom je terecht?

Als nieuwe collega procestechnicus-operator drinkwater maak je deel uit van onze directie productie en opslag. Je standplaats is Woumen (Diksmuide). Je rapporteert aan de teamleider drinkwaterproductie en aan de betrokken regiomanager.

Wat staat je te doen? Wat zijn jouw opdrachten?

Als procestechnicus-operator werk je aan uiteenlopende technische opdrachten in onze productie-installaties. Daarbij combineer je industriële elektriciteit met mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bereidt technische opdrachten en herstellingswerken voor, plant ze in en voert ze uit. Bij problemen ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je voert (herstellings-)werken uit aan drinkwaterinstallaties en technische infrastructuur zoals motoren, pompen, compressoren, afsluiters, frequentiesturingen en meetapparatuur.
  • Je werkt mee aan renovatieprojecten en de opstart van nieuwe (elektrische) installaties (zoals bordenbouw). Je deelt je kennis en ervaring met je collega's.
  • Je voert foutenanalyses uit om elektrische en mechanische storingen of fouten in het instrumentarium op te sporen en op te lossen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de leverancier van (scheikundige) producten.
  • Je begeleidt externe firma's of collega's op het terrein voor onder andere elektrische en mechanische keuringen. Daarbij waak je erover dat iedereen de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften naleeft.

Wie ben je en wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond. Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je hebt kennis van communicatienetwerken en technische reglementeringen (AREI).
  • Laag- of hoogspanningsuitrustingen zijn jou niet vreemd en je wilt meer te weten komen over pompinstallaties en waterbehandelingsprocessen.
  • Na een interne opleiding neem je periodiek deel aan de wachtdienst, waardoor je 's avonds, 's nachts of tijdens het weekend opgeroepen kunt worden.
  • Je blijft kwaliteitsvol werk afleveren onder verhoogde druk en je werkt vlot met verschillende partijen samen.
  • Je voldoet aan de formele aanwervingsvoorwaarden (rijbewijs, goed gedrag, medisch geschikt).
