Elke dag werken meer dan 1.300 Aquafinners aan propere waterlopen en een leefomgeving in harmonie met water. Aquafin zuivert het huishoudelijke afvalwater van de Vlaamse gezinnen. Tegelijk gebruiken we onze kennis van de watercyclus om oplossingen voor te stellen voor wateroverlast en droogte.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw team Word lid van een gloednieuw team in Roeselare! Bij Aquafin zoeken we geen gewone techniekers. We zoeken pioniers. Vernieuwers. Mensen die houden van technologie én van betekenis. Voor onze nieuwe, CO2-arme slibdrooginstallatie in Roeselare zoeken we een volledig nieuw team van 7 procestechniekers die deze innovatieve site mee op de kaart zetten.

Jouw rol Samen met je andere, nieuwe collega’s, sta je mee aan de opstart van deze volledig nieuwe installatie. Dit is geen routinejob, maar een opdracht waarin je zelf mee processen test, optimaliseert en afstemt. Wat jij doet, heeft impact – op het klimaat, op waterkwaliteit, op de maatschappij. Je zorgt mee voor propere waterlopen én door energiezuinig het slib te recycleren draag je bij aan de energietransitie van Aquafin. Je staat in voor de procesvoering van de nieuwe droger en andere slibverwerkingsinstallaties in de regio.

  • Je doet een rondgang, neemt stalen, controleert metingen en stuurt de procesparameters bij waar nodig.
  • Met jouw technische kennis spoor je elektrische en mechanische storingen op en voer je (preventief) onderhoud uit.
  • Tijdens een shutdown van de installatie – voor grote onderhoudswerken- komt vooral jouw mechanisch en elektrische kennis van pas om alles zo snel mogelijk up and running te krijgen.
  • Je zorgt voor administratieve opvolging en rapportages om het proces goed te controleren.
  • Eenmaal ingewerkt ben je ongeveer om de 6 weken van wacht

Je werkt in een 3 ploegenstelsel met in een cyclus van 7 weken vroege en late shiften en dagshift, al dan niet met weekendwerk:

  • Week 1: ma-di-wo -za-zo dagshift en do-vr rust
  • Week 2: ma-di-wo-do-vr dagshift en za-zo rust
  • Week 3: ma-di-wo-do-vr late en za-zo rust
  • Week 4: ma-di-wo-do-vr vroege en za-zo rust
  • Week 5: ma-di-wo -za-zo dagshift en do-vr rust
  • Week 6: ma-di-wo-do-vr late en za-zo rust
  • Week 7: : ma-di-wo-do-vr vroege en za-zo rust
  • Je hebt praktische kennis van industriële elektriciteit en elektromechanica en je hebt een rijbewijs B.
  • Je hebt interesse in het proces van waterzuivering en slibverwerking, je zoekt een job met echte impact op mens en milieu.
  • Je bent leergierig en zoekt uitdaging, jij houdt ervan als dingen in beweging zijn.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en werkt graag samen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel in een 3-ploegenstelsel met weekendpermanentie.
  • Je draait samen met je collega's mee in het wachtsysteem.
  • Je werkt vlot digitaal met Microsoft 365 apps en je zorgt voor je administratieve opvolging in o.a. SAP.
