Als procestechnoloog vervul je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren, stabiliseren en verder ontwikkelen van onze productieprocessen. Je analyseert procesdata, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en vertaalt deze naar concrete technische en operationele maatregelen. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige productie.Binnen onze locaties produceren we hoogwaardig veevoer. We werken continu aan een duurzamere en efficiëntere keten. In deze dynamische omgeving ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het realiseren en borgen van verbeteringen.Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit: het uitvoeren van technisch en technologisch onderzoek; het verbeteren van processen op het gebied van kwaliteit en efficiëntie; het initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en investeringsprojecten; het analyseren van procesdata en vertalen van inzichten naar concrete acties; het afstemmen en borgen van uniforme werkwijzen en consistente productkwaliteit. Je werkt samen met collega-procestechnologen en schakelt nauw met operators, de technische dienst en het management. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een baan waarin de werkzaamheden zo divers zijn dat een werkdag nooit hetzelfde is. Verder bieden wij: Standplaats op een fabriekslocatie bij jou in de buurt, echter reis je wel naar de verschillende locaties; Een salaris tussen de € 3.500,- en € 5.500,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; Circa 36 vrije dagen (ca. 23 vakantiedagen & 13 ATV o.b.v. fulltime); Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een thuiswerkvergoeding, eindejaarsuitkering 2,5%, fietsplan en resultatenuitkering; Uitgebreide ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via onze Agrifirm Academy. Functie-eisen HBO Procestechnologie (procestechnoloog) of vergelijkbaar door ervaring; Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; Ervaring in een productieomgeving waar in ploegen wordt gewerkt is een pré; Ervaring met projectmatig werken en/of projectmanagement;
