Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en richt zich op duurzame energie- en grondstoffenproductie. De organisatie ontwikkelt en optimaliseert productieprocessen en werkt continu aan het verbeteren van efficiëntie, veiligheid en milieuprestaties in de fabriek. Medewerkers analyseren procesdata, verwerken laboratoriumresultaten en gebruiken modelleringen om prestaties te monitoren en verbeteringen door te voeren. Er is aandacht voor veiligheidsprocedures, functionele specificaties en beheer van procesdocumentatie. Werken bij dit productiebedrijf betekent bijdragen aan concrete verbeterprojecten, ondersteunen van inbedrijfstellingen en vertalen van technische analyses naar praktische procesverbeteringen. Het salaris ligt tussen €2900 en €4800 bruto per maand. Daarnaast biedt de organisatie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die professionele ontwikkeling en betrokkenheid ondersteunen. Functie-inhoud - Je analyseert en optimaliseert productieprocessen en stelt verbeterplannen op voor de fabriek. - Je werkt samen met engineering en onderhoud om projecten proces-technisch voor te bereiden en ondersteunt als adviseur of projectleider. - Je voert modelleringen en calculaties uit om procesprestaties te beoordelen en rapporteert deze resultaten aan interne en externe stakeholders. - Je stelt procedures, instructies en specificaties op en beheert het productiehandboek en FDS-documentatie. - Je neemt deel aan HAZOP-analyses en ondersteunt inbedrijfstellingen en optimalisaties van nieuwe en bestaande installaties. - Je werkt samen met het laboratorium om procesdata te analyseren en levert input voor (milieu)rapportages en operatorondersteuning. Functie-eisen - Hbo- of Wo-opleiding richting Chemische Technologie, Chemie of Procestechniek. - Bij voorkeur ervaring in de voedingsmiddelen- en/of procesindustrie; ook relevante stage-ervaring is waardevol. - Aantoonbare ervaring met procesmodellering, calculaties en het verwerken van procesdata. - Affiniteit met procesa.

- Hbo- of Wo-opleiding richting Chemische Technologie, Chemie of Procestechniek. - Bij voorkeur ervaring in de voedingsmiddelen- en/of procesindustrie; ook relevante stage-ervaring is waardevol. - Aantoonbare ervaring met procesmodellering, calculaties en het verwerken van procesdata. - Affiniteit met procesautomatisering en ervaring met het opstellen van functionele specificaties. - Sterk veiligheids-, kwaliteit- en milieu-bewustzijn en ervaring met HAZOP of vergelijkbare risicobeoordelingen. - Competenties: analytisch, besluitvaardig, initiatiefrijk, organiseren en aanpassingsvermogen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met het opstellen van rapportages voor interne en externe partijen.
