Procestechnoloog (M/V) Ter aanvulling voor de afdeling Coating zijn we voor een van onze opdrachtgevers op zoek naar ervaren kandidaten voor de functie van: PROCESTECHNOLOOG (M/V) Functie-inhoud: - U bent verantwoordelijk voor de procesbewaking en procesoptimalisatie van het coatingsproces. - U zorgt voor het implementeren van processen die ontwikkeld dan wel aangepast zijn door de afdeling R&D. - U volgt het coatingproces en stelt dit indien noodzakelijk bij. - U evalueert de procesapparatuur en correcte werking hiervan. - U bewaakt de kwaliteit en de samenstelling van de coatinglaag. - U zet instructies op voor de uitvoering van de processen. - U initieert veranderingen om het proces te verbeteren. - U stelt toekomstplannen op voor optimalisaties en uitbreidingen. - U onderhoudt over alle wijzigingen/aanpassingen veelvuldig contact met de afdelingen Thermische Coat afdeling, R&D en Manufacturing Engineering. Functie-eisen: - U beschikt over een WO-niveau (chemische of procestechnologische achtergrond) - U heeft enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan in een vergelijkbare functie en kunt zelfstandig aan het werk. - U heeft een ruime ervaring opgedaan in het begeleiden van chemische processen en bent in staat het proces verder mee te optimaliseren. - U heeft ervaring opgedaan als projectmanager met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams. - U beschikt over de kennis van de processen en procesapparatuur die gebruikt worden bij chemische processen. - U communiceert gemakkelijk met diverse functionarissen zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie van verschillend niveau. - U heeft een stevige persoonlijkheid. - U beheerst de Engelse/ Duitse taal dusdanig, zodat u technische beschrijvingen en termen begrijpt. U kunt in deze talen zowel schriftelijk als mondeling communiceren en rapporteren.
