Als Procestechnoloog speel je een sleutelrol in het analyseren, optimaliseren en innoveren van onze productie- en verwerkingsprocessen, dit in de regio rond Oostende. Je slaat de brug tussen engineering, kwaliteit en de werkvloer. Met jouw analytische blik en gedrevenheid zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces steeds efficiënter, veiliger en duurzamer verloopt. Zoek jij een veelzijdige functie waarin je zowel strategisch meedenkt over procesverbetingen als hands-on op de vloer resultaten boekt? Dan is deze uitdaging op jouw lijf geschreven.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Procesanalyse & Optimalisatie: In kaart brengen van bestaande operationele processen, opsporen van inefficiënties en het uitvoeren van bottleneckanalyses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Initialiseren en ondersteunen van verbetervoorstellen (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) om rendement, kwaliteitsnormen en uptime te verhogen.
  • Projectbegeleiding: Actief meewerken aan en leiden van investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten, van testfase tot finale oplevering op de vloer.
  • Inbreng bij Productlanceringen (NPD): Begeleiden van de opschaling en procesintegratie bij de introductie van nieuwe producten.
  • Standaardisatie & Werkinstructies: Opstellen van heldere procesparameters, procedures en protocollen voor operatoren.
  • Interne Samenwerking: Nauw overleggen met de afdelingen Productie, Onderhoud, Kwaliteit (QA/QC) en R&D ter borging van de procesveiligheid en -kwaliteit.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of Master in een technische of technologische richting (bijv. Proces- & Milieutechnologie, Chemische Technologie, Elektromechanica, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen).
  • Ervaring: Relevante ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch & Oplossingsgericht: Je duikt graag in data, herkent snel patronen en vertaalt operationele knelpunten naar praktische, duurzame oplossingen.
  • Hands-on & Communicatief: Je bent een zichtbare aanspreekpartner op de werkvloer en weet collega's op verschillende niveaus te overtuigen en mee te krijgen.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands als het Frans, aangevuld met een goede basis in het Engels.
