Wie ben jij Als procesverbeteraar ben je een echte aanpakker. Die niet bang is voor een nieuwe uitdaging en dol is op continue verbetering. Je hebt bij voorkeur al ervaring opgedaan binnen een productiebedrijf. Je vindt het oprecht leuk om processen continu door te lichten en te verbeteren. Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een scherp oog voor het toepassen van data.

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed; - Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met ERP-systemen.

Wat ga je doen Je dag als procesverbeteraar begint heerlijk met een goede kop koffie terwijl je de huidige procesflows doorneemt. Je bent de spin in het web. Je zorgt dat alle handelingen in de productie vlekkeloos en efficiënt verlopen. Omdat je ervaring hebt met ERP-implementaties, zie je direct wat beter kan. Dat geeft je enorm veel energie voor de rest van de dag! Je werkt nauw samen met het team om de dagelijkse flow te bewaken. Tijdens de lunch maak je gezellig een rondje met collega’s. Daarna ga je weer fris aan de slag met je analyses. Ook coach je collega's in de nieuwe werkwijze, om het resultaat naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Als procesverbeteraar ben je echt de motor achter vernieuwing. Je krijgt alle vrijheid om jouw slimme ideeën in de praktijk te brengen.
