Als Procesverbeteraar help je Maasdelta om continu te verbeteren. Je werkt organisatiebreed met de procesregisseur, proceseigenaren, teams en collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en kijkt samen waar processen slimmer, eenvoudiger of prettiger kunnen. Vanuit het perspectief van de bewoner analyseer en visualiseer je processen en help je teams om anders te kijken naar hun werk: als onderdeel van een groter geheel, van begin tot eind. Je begeleidt verbetertrajecten van analyse tot implementatie en borging. Je maakt knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden inzichtelijk en vertaalt deze samen met teams naar concrete en haalbare verbeteracties. Daarbij faciliteer je verbetersessies en zet je passende verbetermethodieken in. Je bewaakt dat verbeteringen goed worden vastgelegd, gemonitord en waar nodig bijgestuurd, onder andere met behulp van de PDCA-cyclus en KPI-sturing. Naast de inhoudelijke kant van verbeteren heb je een belangrijke coachende rol. Je ondersteunt proceseigenaren en verbeterteams in hun rol, maakt samenwerking over afdelingen heen bespreekbaar en stimuleert eigenaarschap. Zo draag je actief bij aan een organisatie waarin continu leren en verbeteren vanzelfsprekend is, resultaten zichtbaar worden ...
