Wij zoeken een Procurement Analyst die niet bang is om groots te denken. Ben jij klaar om onze aankoopactiviteiten zowel strategisch als operationeel te beheren en sterke samenwerkingen met leveranciers uit te bouwen, from Antwerp to Anywhere? Weet jij marktinzichten en data-analyse te vertalen naar competitieve tarieven en een optimale servicekwaliteit? Wil je het verschil maken in een dynamische rol waarin je de spil vormt tussen onze leveranciers en het commerciële team?

Wat ga je doen?

Als Procurement Analyst ligt je focus op:

Supplier management

  • Inkopen van zeevracht-, wegtransport- en logistieke diensten, met een directe impact op de kostenefficiëntie en onze concurrentiepositie.
  • Actief beheren en verder uitbouwen van relaties met rederijen, transporteurs en warehouse operators, met focus op performantie en efficiëntie. Je evalueert deze partners op prijs, betrouwbaarheid en servicekwaliteit.
  • Onderhandelen van contractvoorwaarden om optimale commerciële afspraken te realiseren en risico’s te beperken.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, capaciteit en relevante regelgeving binnen transport en logistiek.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen leveranciers, klanten en interne stakeholders.

Pricing & data-analyse

  • Analyseren en valideren van leveranciersoffertes.
  • Correct verwerken en beheren van tarieven in de interne systemen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Analyseren van marktprijzen, trends en kostenstructuren om competitieve prijsstrategieën te ontwikkelen.
  • Interne communicatie van tarieven en marktinformatie naar betrokken teams.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit en procesconsistentie

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je hebt uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden, gecombineerd met een commerciële mindset.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en procesgericht.
  • Je bent in staat om trends, risico’s en opportuniteiten te identificeren.
  • Je hebt een proactieve en hands-on ingesteldheid.

Jouw profiel?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain, economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring in procurement, pricing of logistiek (maritiem/transport) is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel, MS Office en Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels; bijkomende talen zijn een plus.
