Als Procurement Coordinator ben jij degene die overzicht houdt, relaties onderhoudt met leveranciers en ervoor zorgt dat onze voorraad op het juiste moment op de juiste plek is. Gebeurt er iets onverwachts? Dan zie jij kansen waar anderen problemen zien. Krijg jij energie van analyseren en schakelen met internationale leveranciers? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. De ene dag ben je bezig met het afroepen van voorraad, de andere dag analyseer je inkoopdata of ben je in contact met een leverancier aan de andere kant van de wereld. • Je zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van goederen voor alle Magna-entiteiten, zodat processen soepel blijven verlopen. • Je bewaakt en coördineert de uitvoering van inkoopactiviteiten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken tijdig worden nagekomen; • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor interne vraagstukken op het gebied van inkoop, voorraad en beschikbaarheid en schakelt snel om tot oplossingen te komen; • Je voert operationele overleggen met internationale Magna-locaties en ondersteunt hen op het gebied van inkoop, productieplanning en goederenbeschikbaarheid; • Je monitort de voortgang van processen, signaleert afwijkingen en stuurt waar nodig bij; • Je beheert en onderhoudt prijslijsten en zorgt ervoor dat prijsinformatie altijd actueel en correct is; • Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, collega's en internationale stakeholders om de supply chain optimaal te laten functioneren; • Je draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren en verder professionaliseren van inkoop- en pla...
