Locatie Enschede Logisnext Procurement Manager Logisnext Benelux is in ontwikkeling en professionaliseert. Ook op Procurement gebied zijn de eerste stappen gezet en is een basis gelegd. We zoeken een Procurement Manager die hierop verder bouwt, richting geeft, structuur aanbrengt en collega's meeneemt in verdere verbetering. Hoe ziet jouw functie eruit? Als Procurement Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle inkoop binnen Logisnext Benelux. Je houdt je bezig met de ontwikkeling, implementatie, borging, optimalisatie en uitvoering van het inkoopbeleid, het inkoopplan en de inkoopprocessen en -tools. Je streeft naar continue beheersing en verlaging van de inkoopkosten en realiseert hierbij besparingen, met behoud én verbetering van kwaliteit, leveringsvoorwaarden en leveranciersprestaties. Je organiseert tenders en inkooptrajecten, onderhandelt over prijzen, leveringscondities, contracten en voorwaarden en werkt actief aan de verdere professionalisering van leveranciers- en contractmanagement. Je beheert leveranciersrelaties en evalueert periodiek de prestaties van leveranciers. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan facilitaire medewerker en draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de facilitaire dienstverlening. Je werkt organisatie breed samen met Operations, Sales en Facilitair. Je bepaalt en implementeert de inkoopkaders en -richtlijnen voor het bestellen van goederen en diensten door collega's. Bij aanvang ligt de focus voornamelijk op de uitvoering en verdere inrichting van de inkoopactiviteiten. Naarmate de inkoopfunctie verder wordt ontwikkeld, verschuift de nadruk steeds meer naar tactische sturing, procesverbetering en verdere centralisatie van inkoopactiviteiten.
