Voor België en Nederland wordt uitgekeken naar een Procurement Manager BE/NL.

JOB OMSCHRIJVING

Als Procurement Manager BE/NL ben je verantwoordelijk voor een professionele, transparante en kostenefficiënte aankoopwerking binnen de terminals in België en Nederland, in nauwe samenwerking met Procurement UK.

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van aankoopstrategieën voor België en Nederland, inclusief het zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers.
  • Begeleiden van aanbestedingen en tendertrajecten, inclusief onderhandelingen over contracten, tarieven en commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Analyseren van spend, TCO en leveranciersprestaties en realiseren van kostenoptimalisaties.
  • Ondersteunen van technische afdelingen bij complexe en strategische aankopen.
  • Samenwerken met Procurement UK rond raamcontracten en leveranciersstrategie.
  • Bewaken van KPI’s, SLA’s en contractrisico’s.
  • Opvolgen van compliance met procedures, wetgeving en interne richtlijnen en signaleren van verbeterpunten en realiseren van kostenoptimalisaties.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement of strategic sourcing.
  • Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk en beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je hebt ervaring met onderhandelingen, aanbestedingen en leveranciersmanagement.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en overtuigend en werkt autonoom, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen en internationale collega’s.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
