The posting

In deze functie bouw je een professionele, transparante en kostenefficiënte aankoopwerking uit voor de terminals in België en Nederland. Je beheert in de meeste gevallen het volledige aankooptraject en bent een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor zowel technische als managementteams.

Concreet zal je:

· aankoopstrategieën ontwikkelen en implementeren voor de ports in België en Nederland; · aanbestedingen en tendertrajecten opzetten, coördineren en begeleiden; · contracten, tarieven en commerciële voorwaarden onderhandelen met leveranciers; · het volledige aankoopproces beheren, van behoeftebepaling tot contractafsluiting; · spend‑data, TCO‑berekeningen en leveranciersprestaties analyseren met sterke Excel‑ en BI‑vaardigheden; · KPI's, SLA's en contractrisico's opvolgen en hierover rapporteren; · technische afdelingen ondersteunen bij complexe en strategische aankopen; · nauw samenwerken met Procurement in het Verenigd Koninkrijk rond raamcontracten en leveranciersstrategie; · waken over compliance met procedures, wetgeving en interne richtlijnen; · kostenoptimalisaties en verbetertrajecten identificeren en realiseren binnen de terminals.

Voor deze rol als Procurement Manager België/Nederland heb je een stevige inhoudelijke basis in procurement en strategic sourcing en kan je vlot schakelen tussen strategie en uitvoering.

Je profiel:

· je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Economie of een gelijkaardig domein; · je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement of strategic sourcing; · je bent zeer sterk in Excel en kan complexe analyses uitvoeren, inclusief spend‑analyses en TCO‑berekeningen; · je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met onderhandelingen, aanbestedingen en leveranciersmanagement; · je durft op je strepen staan en bewaakt de belangen van de organisatie op een professionele manier; · je communiceert duidelijk, overtuigend en professioneel, ook met internationale collega's; · je werkt autonoom, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail en samenwerking over afdelingen heen; · je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; · je voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor het bekomen van een wettelijk verplicht positief veiligheidsadvies voor kritieke functies in de haven.
