Voor een toonaangevende speler actief binnen de haveninfrastructuur zoeken wij, als rekruteringspartner van Manpower, een ervaren Procurement Manager

Als Procurement Manager BE/NL neem je een centrale rol op binnen de aankooporganisatie van meerdere sites in België en Nederland. Je ontwikkelt een professionele aankoopaanpak die niet alleen focust op prijs, maar ook op kwaliteit, continuïteit, duurzaamheid en risicobeheer.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige sourcingproces en werkt nauw samen met operationele, technische en financiële teams. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met internationale collega's om gezamenlijke aankoopinitiatieven en schaalvoordelen te realiseren.

Met jouw analytische blik en commerciële slagkracht weet je kansen te identificeren, leveranciers uit te dagen en duurzame samenwerkingen op te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?Strategische aankoop & sourcing

  • Uitwerken en implementeren van aankoopstrategieën voor diverse categorieën binnen België en Nederland.
  • Identificeren van besparingsmogelijkheden en optimaliseren van aankoopprocessen.
  • Onderzoeken van markttendensen en leveranciersmarkten om concurrentiële voordelen te creëren.

Tender- & contractmanagement

  • Organiseren en begeleiden van offerteaanvragen, aanbestedingen en sourcingtrajecten.
  • Onderhandelen van contracten, prijsafspraken en servicevoorwaarden.
  • Bewaken van contractuele verplichtingen en opvolgen van risico's.

Leveranciersbeheer

  • Evalueren, selecteren en ontwikkelen van leveranciersrelaties.
  • Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties aan de hand van KPI's en SLA's.
  • Uitbouwen van een performant en betrouwbaar leveranciersnetwerk.

Analyse & rapportering

  • Analyseren van uitgaven, aankoopdata en Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en dashboards ter ondersteuning van managementbeslissingen.
  • Vertalen van data naar concrete optimalisatievoorstellen.

Stakeholdermanagement

  • Adviseren van technische en operationele teams bij investerings- en aankoopdossiers.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en internationale procurement collega's.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte naleving van procedures, governance en regelgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Supply Chain, Logistiek, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen procurement, strategic sourcing of category management.
  • Sterke ervaring met contractonderhandelingen en leveranciersmanagement.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en gevorderde kennis van Excel en data-analyse.
  • Je combineert een diplomatische aanpak met de nodige daadkracht.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische, industriële of logistieke omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je komt in aanmerking voor het verkrijgen van een positief veiligheidsadvies voor havengebonden functies.
