- Over CPD - Wie zijn wij? Procurement Officer | DSL-01 7 september 2026 SkyNRG Werk mee aan een van de eerste grootschalige SAF-fabrieken in Europa. Je draagt bij aan de bouw van DSL-01 in Delfzijl: een fabriek gericht op de productie van Sustainable Aviation Fuel en bijproducten. Je wordt onderdeel van een ervaren team waarin jouw expertise direct bijdraagt aan een veilige en succesvolle realisatie van het project. Over de functie Als Procurement Officer ondersteun je de Procurement Manager bij de dagelijkse inkoop- en contractactiviteiten voor DSL-01. Je krijgt daarbij een eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor een breed pakket aan contracten en inkooptrajecten, met name met lokale leveranciers en dienstverleners. Je begeleidt inkooptrajecten van aanvraag tot contract en houdt contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders. Je leert hierdoor alle kanten van procurement kennen: van het uitvragen en vergelijken van offertes tot onderhandelen, contracteren en het bewaken van afspraken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Zelfstandig begeleiden van kleinere en middelgrote tenders en inkooptrajecten, van aanvraag tot contractering - Uitvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes en voorstellen, waarbij prijs, kwaliteit, voorwaarden en levertijd zorgvuldig tegen elkaar worden afgewogen - Voeren van onderhandelingen met leveranciers over commerciële en inhoudelijke voorwaarden, met oog voor een optimale balans tussen prijs, kwaliteit en leveringszekerheid - Selecteren, contracteren en onboarden van leveranciers en lokale dienstverleners en bouwen aan duurzame samenwerkingen - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en actuele vastlegging van contracten, prijslijsten en leveranciersgegevens in het ERP-systeem - Onderhouden van actief contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en verplichtingen - Meedenken over contractwijzigingen, claims en andere commerciële vraagstukken en bijdragen aa...
