The posting

Votre mission principale en tant que Procurement Officer est de gérer et d'optimiser les flux d'approvisionnement pour assurer une disponibilité continue des matériaux nécessaires à la production ou à la prestation de services. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, les fournisseurs et les partenaires logistiques pour garantir que les besoins en approvisionnement soient satisfaits de manière efficace et efficiente.

Responsabilités :

  • Planification des approvisionnements : Analyser les prévisions de demande et les niveaux de stocks actuels pour établir des plans d'approvisionnement précis ;
  • Gestion des commandes : Passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs en tenant compte des délais de livraison, des quantités nécessaires et des contraintes budgétaires ;
  • Suivi des livraisons : Assurer le suivi des expéditions et des livraisons pour s'assurer que les matériaux arrivent dans les délais et conformément aux spécifications ;
  • Gestion des stocks : Surveiller les niveaux de stocks et identifier les opportunités d'optimisation pour réduire les coûts tout en garantissant une disponibilité suffisante ;
  • Gestion des fournisseurs : Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, négocier les conditions contractuelles et évaluer régulièrement leur performance ;
  • Résolution des problèmes : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'approvisionnement tels que les retards de livraison, les ruptures de stock ou les non-conformités ;
  • Reporting et analyse : Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances de l'approvisionnement, analyser les tendances et proposer des améliorations.

Vous aurez la responsabilité de :

  • Veiller aux normes de qualité EN9100 et de la norme environnementale ISO 14001 ;
  • Réaliser des auto-contrôles rigoureux pour garantir la qualité et la conformité du travail ;
  • Transférer ses compétences et connaissances aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe afin de favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage continu et de soutien mutuel ;
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement ;
  • Signaler les risques et appliquer les procédures pour prévenir les incidents.

Etudes : Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau minimum bachelier en ingénieur de gestion, en ingénieur industriel, en sciences économiques ou d'un cursus équivalent.

Expérience souhaitée : Vous disposez d'une expérience préalable dans un poste similaire, de préférence en environnement de production ou de fabrication.

  • Vous disposez de solides compétences analytiques pour interpréter les données et les tendances.

Linguistiques : Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, tant en français qu'en anglais.

Informatiques : Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques de gestion des stocks et les logiciels de planification de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
