The posting

SOJAM, een onafhankelijke Franse familiegroep, is gespecialiseerd in biociden en ongediertebestrijding voor huishoudelijk gebruik. De groep brengt haar producten sinds de jaren 1980 op de Europese markt. Ons productassortiment omvat insecticiden voor huishoudelijk gebruik, chemische en elektronische afweermiddelen, rodenticiden, brandveiligheids- en schoonmaakproducten, en biostimulanten.

Pest Control Europe, een dochteronderneming van de SOJAM-groep, is gevestigd in België (Wavre-Nord) en is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, inkopen en op de markt brengen van ongediertebestrijdingsoplossingen voor de consumentenmarkt via gespecialiseerde kanalen (tuincentra, DHZ-bouwmarkten, groothandels, online retailers) in de meeste Europese landen. Pest Control Europe brengt producten op de markt onder het eigen merk WEITECH. 95% van de omzet wordt in het buitenland gegenereerd.

Je rapporteert aan de Office Manager. Wij zijn op zoek naar een coördinator inkoop, verkoopadministratie en marketing om de volgende belangrijke taken uit te voeren:

1. Inkoop en voorraadbeheer:

  • Beheer van de FIFO-voorraad in het logistieke magazijn
  • Inkoop van producten bij diverse leveranciers (90% in Azië en 10% in de EU)
  • Beheer van de douane-inklaring
  • Coördinatie van de logistiek met Azië en de logistieke dienstverleners (lossen van containers, palletiseren, volgen van zendingen)
  • Beheer van vervoerders en expediteurs
  • Administratieve opvolging met betrekking tot de lancering van alle in Azië geproduceerde productlijnen
  • Beheer van de kwaliteitscontrole in samenwerking met China en het hoofdkantoor van SOJAM (Frankrijk)
  • Opvolging van leveranciersfacturen
  • Voorraadbeheer

2. Interne verkoop en administratie

  • Verkoopadministratie voor grote klanten + ondersteuning van de Office Manager
  • Beheer van private-labelproducten voor grote klanten
  • Websitebeheer (hosting, het maken van content (foto’s/tekst/enz.), downloadsectie, updates)
  • Bijdrage aan de catalogus
  • Vertaling van video’s, verkoopmateriaal en marketingmateriaal (brochures, productgegevenspakketten, enz.)
  • Meewerken aan aanpassingen aan de verpakkingen
  • Drukwerk: het regelen van het drukken van catalogi, brochures, enz.

3. Producttracering en lanceringsbeheer

  • Centralisatie, tracering en bijwerking van elk productreferentiedossier:
  • Opstellen van productfiches / barcodes / stuklijsten
  • Laatste versie van de „decoratieve” verpakking
  • Wettelijk verplichte en marketinggerichte etikettering op het product
  • Meertalige gebruiksaanwijzingen
  • Etikettering van de hoofddoos.
  • Afmetingen – gewicht – palletisering (masterdata)
  • Opstellen van specificaties
  • Bijhouden van actuele productdossiers met betrekking tot regelgeving (CE-certificeringen)
  • Vloeiend Engels (e-mail en telefoon) is een vereiste. Kennis van een andere Europese taal is duidelijk een pluspunt (NL, FR, DE, IT, ES, PL,…)
  • Ervaring als voorraadbeheerder, binnendienst of inkoopspecialist; ervaring met grootschalige import (Azië)
  • Opleidingsniveau bachelor
  • Vertrouwen, eerlijkheid, teamspirit, oog voor detail en zelfstandigheid zijn de belangrijkste factoren die je in staat stellen om in deze functie te slagen. Dit is een functie waarin je meerdere taken ‘multitask’ tegelijk moet uitvoeren binnen een operationele KMO-omgeving.
