Voor een groeiende organisatie zoeken we een Procurement Specialist die een centrale rol opneemt binnen de aankoopstrategie en rechtstreeks impact kan maken op kosten, kwaliteit en continuïteit.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de strategische aankoopverantwoordelijkheid op en onderhandelt zelfstandig met leveranciers over prijzen, volumes, voorwaarden en leveringen.
  • Je analyseert de markt, volgt prijsevoluties op en bepaalt samen met interne stakeholders de meest geschikte aankoopmomenten.
  • Je ontwikkelt nieuwe leveranciersrelaties en beoordeelt bestaande partners op vlak van kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en certificering.
  • Je plant en organiseert leveranciersbezoeken in binnen- en buitenland en gebruikt deze momenten om zowel te onderhandelen als duurzame relaties op te bouwen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, supply chain management, engineering of een vergelijkbare richting. Ook kandidaten met een bachelor en meerdere jaren relevante ervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement, sourcing of strategische aankoop.
  • Ervaring met de aankoop van grondstoffen of technische materialen is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent commercieel sterk, analytisch en beschikt over overtuigende onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Engels en bent bereid om regelmatig internationaal te reizen. Kennis van het Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar denkt niet in silo's en zoekt actief de samenwerking met collega's en andere afdelingen op.
