Voor onze klant, een dynamische en groeiende producent van glazen verpakkingen, zijn we op zoek naar een Procurement Specialist. In deze cruciale rol zorg je voor een efficiënte aankoop van goederen en diensten die essentieel zijn voor een vlekkeloze werking van de site. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en interne stakeholders om een solide toeleveringsketen te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Vendor Management

  • Identificeren, evalueren en aangaan van relaties met leveranciers in samenwerking met de Procurement Manager.
  • Onderhandelen over contracten en voorwaarden om kostenbeheersing en kwaliteitsborging te garanderen, zelfstandig of ter ondersteuning van de Procurement Manager.

Analyses & opvolging

  • Volgen van markttrends om prijsveranderingen te signaleren en beschikbaarheid van materialen te beoordelen.
  • Beheren van voorraadniveaus om tekorten én overvoorraad te voorkomen en afstemmen op productieplanning.
  • Garanderen van naleving van bedrijfsbeleid en regelgeving voor alle inkoopactiviteiten.
  • Zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige administratie voor auditdoeleinden en rapportages.
  • Signaliseren en rapporteren van mogelijke risico’s in de toeleveringsketen.

Overige verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief bijdragen aan duurzaamheidsinitiatieven door het implementeren van duurzame inkooppraktijken.
  • Samenwerken met afdelingen zoals productie, financiën en logistiek om inkoopstrategieën af te stemmen op bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde of een aanverwant vakgebied, of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in inkoop, bij voorkeur in een continue productieomgeving.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van inkoopsoftware en ERP-systemen zoals SAP (R3 of S/4HANA). Ervaring met PtP-processen binnen SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om gegevens te interpreteren om inkoopstrategieën te onderbouwen.
  • Communicatief vaardig om effectief te interageren met interne en externe stakeholders, rekening houdend met culturele nuances.
  • Ervaren in het onderhandelen met diverse leveranciers.
  • Kennis van budgettering en kostenbeheerprincipes rondom inkoop, warehousing en logistiek.
  • Organisatorische vaardigheden om meerdere projecten en taken effectief te beheren.
