Unternehmensbereich Einkauf, Logistik & Supply Chain Management

Position Mitarbeiter

Arbeitsort Österreich, Lenzing

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* MRP-Prozesse technisch koordinieren und optimieren (MRP = Material Requirements Planning)

- Den Einkauf und die Materialplanung von Ersatzteilen und Hauptlagerkomponenten verwalten

- Lagerbestände überwachen und einen effizienten Lagerbetrieb unterstützen

* Eng mit den Bedarfsträgern aller Fachbereiche, dem technischen Lager und der Produktion zusammenarbeiten und abstimmen

* Vorbereiten und durchführen von Anfragen und Ausschreibungen für technische Bedarfe, inklusive Dokumentation

* Operative Tätigkeiten im technischen Einkauf ua in SAP

Unsere Erwartungen:

* Erfahrung im operativen, industriellen Einkauf, insbesondere in der technischen Beschaffung

* Verhandlungssicherheit sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)

* Proaktive, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch

* Sichere Anwendung von SAP und MS Office sowie Verständnis von Kostenstrukturen und Cost Breakdowns

* Strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie Grundkenntnisse im Vertragswesen und den wichtigsten rechtlichen Aspekten

* Teamfähige, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit gepaart mit Belastbarkeit

Für diese Position erwartet Sie im Rahmen einer 38h Woche ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.750,- basierend auf dem Kollektivvertrag der chemischen Industrie. Aufgrund Ihrer individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung ist unsere Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben. Darüber hinaus nehmen Sie am Lenzing Bonussystem teil. Wir bieten bei dieser Position flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie die Option zu Homeoffice.
