Onze organisatie is een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen de industriële productie. De vestiging in de omgeving van Boom telt minder dan 50 werknemers en maakt deel uit van een groep met meerdere vestigingen verspreid over verschillende Europese landen, waardoor we zowel lokale als internationale projecten kunnen begeleiden.

We werken voor uiteenlopende sectoren en staan bekend om onze focus op technologische ontwikkeling, procesoptimalisatie en klantgericht maatwerk. Ons dienstverleningsmodel combineert ondersteuning met continuïteit.

We groeien, en die groei brengt ons op het punt waar we meer structuur nodig hebben in onze aankoop- en supply chain processen.

Functieomschrijving:

Onze organisatie groeit sterk en we hebben nood aan structuur. Daarom zoeken we een ondernemende Procurement & Supply Chain Manager met oog voor detail, zin voor structuur en een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.

In deze rol toon je echt eigenaarschap: jij helpt bepalen hoe de organisatie in de regio evolueert en je creëert impact die zichtbaar blijft, nu en in de toekomst.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Je brengt structuur in onze aankoop- en supply chain processen
  • Je zet aankoop-, stock- en supply chain processen op in ons ERP-systeem
  • Je optimaliseert en handhaaft het voorraadbeheer
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en prijsbewegingen op
  • Je bouwt sterke leveranciersrelaties uit - Je selecteert en evalueert leveranciers op basis van kwaliteit, prijs en continuïteit
  • Je ondersteunt hands-on waar nodig: lijsten trekken, Excels opmaken, data-analyse en rapportering
  • Je stuurt een klein team aan en zet hen mee in beweging

Wie zoeken we:

  • Minimum 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in aankoop en supply chain binnen een KMO-omgeving
  • Ervaring in het opzetten en structureren van processen
  • Vertrouwd met ERP-systemen
  • Technische achtergrond met affiniteit voor de industriële sector
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (must)

Jij bent:

  • Praktisch en Visionair: je kan structuur opzetten én tegelijk operationeel meewerken
  • Analytisch: je denkt in data en trekt heldere conclusies uit cijfers
  • Communicatief sterk: je communiceert helder en werkt goed samen met leveranciers, sales en productie
