Wil jij een aankooporganisatie mee vormgeven, stevige onderhandelingen voeren én rechtstreeks impact hebben op de supply chain van een internationale voedingsomgeving?

Voor een internationale en toonaangevende organisatie binnen de voedingsindustrie in regio Brugge zoeken we een ervaren Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. Je krijgt een sleutelpositie binnen het managementteam en de kans om een aankoop- en supplychain -organisatie verder te professionaliseren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Neem ownership over aankoop: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de tactische en operationele aankoop van een brede waaier aan producten en diensten en bent sparringpartner voor strategische procurementvraagstukken.
  • Onderhandel met impact: je onderhandelt over prijzen, commerciële voorwaarden en contracten en zoekt voortdurend naar de beste balans tussen kost, kwaliteit, service en bevoorradingszekerheid.
  • Bouw een sterk leverancierslandschap uit: je selecteert en evalueert bestaande leveranciers, ontdekt nieuwe sourcingmogelijkheden en ontwikkelt duurzame leveranciersrelaties.
  • Professionaliseer de aankooporganisatie: je analyseert hoe aankoop vandaag georganiseerd is en brengt meer structuur, duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden en efficiënte processen in de werking.
  • Maak van data een aankoopinstrument: je brengt spend en behoeften in kaart en gebruikt cijfers, systemen en analyses om betere aankoopbeslissingen te nemen.
  • Digitaliseer en verbeter: je neemt bestaande werkmethodes kritisch onder de loep en trekt projecten rond procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en digitalisering.
  • Verbind aankoop met de business: je werkt nauw samen met productie, sales, operations, planning en internationale procurementcollega's en zorgt ervoor dat lokale behoeften ook op internationaal niveau gehoord worden. Je zetelt ook in het managementteam.
  • Neem je team mee in verandering: je geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan een ervaren team, coacht medewerkers en creëert draagvlak voor nieuwe processen en efficiëntere manieren van werken.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring en beschikt over een stevige relevante ervaring binnen procurement, aankoop en/of supply chain.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met leveranciersmanagement, sourcing en commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Ervaring binnen voeding, FMCG of een andere snel bewegende omgeving met korte doorlooptijden is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit: je kunt een visie bepalen, maar vindt het even vanzelfsprekend om zelf zaken vast te pakken.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager en change manager die ervaren medewerkers op een positieve maar duidelijke manier meekrijgt in verandering.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, digitaal ingesteld en ziet snel waar processen, dataflows en systemen slimmer georganiseerd kunnen worden.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend met leveranciers, medewerkers, management en internationale stakeholders.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een internationale omgeving en beschikt over sterke onderhandelings- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
