... 1 Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist (m/w/d) die/der unserer österreichweites Procurement-Team unterstützt.

Für diese Position ist ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.500,00 (38,5 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation.

Diese Position verbindet die Steuerung von Warenflüssen mit enger Zusammenarbeit über Fachbereiche hinweg und bietet dir einen spannenden Mix aus Koordination, Datenanalyse und Kommunikation. Mit deinem Organisationsgeschick sorgst du für Transparenz und entwickelst unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Aufgaben Supply Chain & Inbound

* Koordiniere Warenflüsse und Inbound-Prozesse * Monitore Bestände, Bedarfe und Liefertermine * Erkenne Versorgungsrisiken früh und steuere aktiv Lösungen * Sei die Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten, Fachbereichen und Dispositionspartner:innen

Reporting & Process Excellence * Erstelle Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen * Erkenne Optimierungspotenziale * Entwickle im Team Prozesse, Standards und digitale Lösungen weiter

Procurement Services & Stammdaten * Stelle Artikel- und Stammdatenqualität sicher * Erstelle Kalkulationen und Preislisten und pflege sowie bearbeite Beschaffungsdaten und Rechnungsdifferenzen * Unterstütze bei Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen * Wirke bei Warenspenden, Restmengen und nachhaltigen Verwertungslösungen mit

Stakeholder Management * Koordiniere Informationen entlang der Supply Chain * Arbeite mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Teams zusammen * Unterstütze nationale und internationale Projekte

Worauf es uns ankommt * Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder facheinschlägiges Studium * Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Einkauf oder Beschaffung (mind. 5 Jahre) * Analytisches Denken, sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität (SAP-MM-Kenntnisse von Vorteil) * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
