The posting

Voor een dynamische en internationaal georiënteerde retailorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Procurement Support Officer. Je maakt deel uit van het Non-Food aankoopteam en ondersteunt de Category Managers bij het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van het assortiment.

In deze rol combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met vlotte communicatie en organisatievermogen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ondersteunt twee Category Managers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt voor een efficiënte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe partners, waaronder leveranciers, voornamelijk via e-mail en digitale communicatiekanalen.
  • Je volgt markttrends en opportuniteiten binnen jouw productcategorieën op en denkt actief mee over interessante promotionele artikelen.
  • Je ondersteunt het volledige aankoopproces, van dossieropmaak en productinformatie tot contractopvolging.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt voor een gestructureerde planning van jouw taken en projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet boodschappen helder en professioneel over te brengen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • MS Office-toepassingen, en in het bijzonder Excel en Word, kennen weinig geheimen voor jou.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die tegelijk zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.
  • Je toont initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt van een gevarieerde functie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend. Kennis van Frans en Duits is een bijkomende troef.
