In deze positie speel je een cruciale rol in het pre- en post-sales proces, begeleid je klanten met productconfiguraties en zorg je voor een succesvolle implementatie van onze projecten. Als Product Consultant fungeer je als de spil tussen Development, Sales en Product. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van klanten en het waarborgen van een soepel verloop van software implementaties. - Ondersteunen van klanten bij het gebruik van onboarding- en verificatietools. - Uitvoeren van configuraties en implementaties van de software. - Betrokken zijn bij pre-sales activiteiten, inclusief het geven van demo's en beantwoorden van technische vragen. - Schakelen tussen Development, Sales en Product om klantbehoeften en feedback te vertalen naar productverbeteringen. - Koppelen van de software met ERP-systemen en andere bedrijfsapplicaties. - Inventariseren van processen bij klanten ter voorbereiding op configuratie na contractondertekening. - Consultancy bieden voor de implementatie van ID Flow bij grote klanten, inclusief configuratieactiviteiten en projectmanagement. - Documenteren van afspraken en processen. - Bijdragen aan productontwikkeling door het opstellen van epics/user stories. - Deelname aan het PMO-team voor productmanagement en projectondersteuning. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Kennis van software configuratie en implementaties. - Ervaring met het koppelen van software, bij voorkeur met ERP-systemen. - Probleemo...
