The posting

Als Product Data Coordinator (PIM) zorg je ervoor dat alle productinformatie correct, volledig en up-to-date beschikbaar is. Je beheert nieuwe artikelen in het PIM-systeem, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de productdata en zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct wordt doorgestuurd naar andere systemen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's van marketing, sales, IT en andere afdelingen om processen verder te optimaliseren.

Jouw rol:

  • aanmaken en beheren van nieuwe artikelen in het PIM-systeem volgens de afgesproken structuur
  • aanvullen en controleren van productinformatie en verplichte gegevens
  • opvolgen van de synchronisatie tussen PIM, ERP en andere gekoppelde systemen
  • beheren en koppelen van productfoto's en commerciële afbeeldingen
  • opmaken en intern verspreiden van commerciële productfiches
  • bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en consistentie van de productdata
  • opvolgen of collega's de nodige productinformatie tijdig aanleveren
  • documenteren en onderhouden van procedures en workflows
  • beheren van de productvaliditeit en exclusiviteit in samenwerking met sales
  • analyseren van productdata en meedenken over optimalisaties binnen de PIM-omgeving
  • fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond het PIM-systeem
  • meewerken aan de verdere digitale ontwikkeling van productdata en de koppeling met toekomstige verkoopkanalen
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • je hebt ervaring met of interesse in PIM-systemen, ERP of andere datagedreven toepassingen
  • je werkt vlot met Excel en andere Office-toepassingen
  • je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels; kennis Frans is een plus
  • je weet collega's mee te krijgen en werkt graag samen over verschillende afdelingen heen
  • je denkt proactief en neemt initiatief
  • affiniteit met productie, retail of FMCG is een pluspunt
  • kennis van datamodellering is mooi meegenomen
