Onze partner is een modern en groeiend bedrijf actief in de interieursector. Dankzij hun expertise en ruime ervaring bieden ze hun klanten steevast een service op maat. Voor deze internationale speler binnen hun nichemarkt gaan we bij Bright Potentials op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Product Data Coordinator om hun marketingteam te versterken.

Jouw functie als Product data coordinator In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de kwaliteit van de productdata binnen PIM. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe commerciële artikelen correct worden aangemaakt, opgevolgd en gesynchroniseerd tussen de verschillende systemen. Daarnaast bewaak je de volledigheid en consistentie van de productinformatie en zorg je ervoor dat collega's tijdig de nodige gegevens aanleveren.

Je beheert en optimaliseert de workflow rond nieuwe artikelen, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat procedures en documentatie steeds up-to-date zijn. Daarnaast werk je samen met Sales rond productvaliditeit en exclusiviteit en lever je een analytische bijdrage aan de verdere digitalisering en ontwikkeling van de PIM-omgeving.

Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak verlopen de processen vlot en blijft de productinformatie correct en betrouwbaar. Je maakt deel uit van het marketingteam en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Marketing Manager.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met PIM-, ERP- of andere datagedreven systemen is een grote troef.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en leert vlot nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Analytisch denken en het bewaren van overzicht behoren tot jouw sterktes.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan collega's op een constructieve manier aanspreken en opvolgen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en houdt ervan om processen efficiënt te organiseren en te optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een mooie meerwaarde.
