Ben jij nauwkeurig, analytisch en krijg je energie van het beheren van productdata? Als Product Data Coordinator (PIM) speel je een sleutelrol binnen de digitale transformatie van de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat productinformatie volledig, correct en consistent beschikbaar is voor interne afdelingen, klanten en digitale kanalen.

Jouw taken?

  • Beheren van nieuwe commerciële artikelen in het PIM-systeem, synchroniseren van gegevens met het designsysteem en ERP, verwerken van productafbeeldingen en opvolgen van foutmeldingen;
  • Opstellen en bewaken van een duidelijke workflow voor artikelaanmaak, opvolgen van ontbrekende gegevens en coördineren van de input van verschillende interne afdelingen;
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op productdata, signaleren van inconsistenties en documenteren van procedures, werkinstructies en systeemaanpassingen;
  • Beheren van de productvaliditeit en exclusiviteit in samenwerking met Sales, opvolgen van de levenscyclus van artikelen en rapporteren over de status van het productportfolio;
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere digitale transformatie door datastructuren te analyseren, verbeteringen voor te stellen en samen te werken met IT, ERP-beheer en marketing;
  • Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor het PIM-platform en meedenken over de integratie van productdata naar toekomstige digitale kanalen zoals B2B-portalen, e-commerce en marktplaatsen.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Sterke aandacht voor detail en een kritische blik op de kwaliteit van productdata;
  • Ervaring met of een sterke affiniteit voor PIM-systemen, ERP-omgevingen of vergelijkbare datagedreven platformen;
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke focus op Excel;
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om collega's te begeleiden en te motiveren zonder hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Proactieve en analytische werkhouding waarbij je problemen tijdig detecteert en verbeteringen voorstelt;
  • Affiniteit met interieur, retail of FMCG, kennis van datamodellering of digitale workflows en interesse in PLM-trajecten zijn mooie troeven.
