Iemand die graag spart, onderzoekt, verbindt en doorpakt en die vanuit ervaring collega's en leveranciers weet mee te nemen in ontwerpkeuzes en ontwikkeltrajecten. Jij brengt ideeën tot leven, van eerste schets en materiaalonderzoek tot sample, technische uitwerking en uiteindelijke productie. Samen met drie designers, de stylisten en de collega's van inkoop werk je aan de volledige ontwikkeling van onze nieuwe collecties: jaarlijks een grote collectie, aangevuld met tussentijdse additions op de collectie. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en interne teams. Daarbij weet je jouw ontwerpkeuzes helder uit te leggen, anderen mee te nemen in je ideeën en feedback te vertalen naar een nog sterker product. Precies die combinatie van creatief vuur, nieuwsgierigheid en technische precisie maakt jou belangrijk in ons proces. WAT JE GAAT DOEN • Je ontwikkelt zelfstandig nieuwe producten voor de gehele HKLIVING-collectie met verschillende productgroepen. • Je onderzoekt trends, materialen, kleuren, afwerkingen en productietechnieken, en vertaalt die naar producten die passen bij de HKLIVING-signatuur én haalbaar zijn voor productie, prijs en planning. • Je begeleidt het ontwikkelproces: van briefing en schets tot samplebeoordeling, optimalisatie en productie. • Je werkt mee aan de collectie presentatie bij fotoshoots en in onze showroom, zodat onze producten ook visueel sterk worden gepresenteerd. WAT NEEM JIJ MEE? • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting product design, industrial design, interieurdesign of een vergelijkbare creatieve opleiding. • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare ontwerp- of productontwikkelingsrol. Waarbij je aantoonbaar verantwoordelijk bent geweest voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van commerciële productcollecties. • Ervaring met software zoals Rhino en Adobe Creative Suite.•• Het vermogen om heldere technische tekeningen, specificaties en leveranciersinstructies te maken.•• Een nie...
