Seit 1970 entwickelt Untis Software für Schulen - heute arbeiten um die 30.000 Bildungseinrichtungen mit unseren Produkten, täglich Millionen Schüler*innen, Lehrer*innen und Eltern. Unser kleines Product Design Team sorgt dafür, dass WebUntis und Untis Mobile für alle einfach, schnell und zugänglich funktionieren.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du gestaltest Apps & Features für die Untis Platform und Untis Mobile (iOS & Android) - vom Problemverständnis bis zum Handoff.

* Du entwickelst unser Design System in Figma aktiv mit: Components, Patterns, Dokumentation.

* Gemeinsam mit dem/der User Researcher*in führst du Interviews und Usability Tests durch und überführst die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in konkrete Designentscheidungen.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Product Management und Engineering zusammen und vertrittst deine Entscheidungen überzeugend.

Wesentliche Fähigkeiten für Deine Mission

Das zeichnet dich aus

* Ca. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Product- bzw. UX/UI-Design.

* Erfahrung mit Responsive Web Apps und Native Mobile Design.

* Sicherer Umgang mit Design Systems in Figma (Components, Variables, Auto Layout).

* Verständnis für Accessibility und WCAG in der täglichen Designarbeit.

* Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1+) und sicheres Englisch.

Nice to have

* Vertiefte A11y-Erfahrung, z. B. Screenreader-Testing oder Audits.

* Erfahrung in User Research - Interviews, Usability Tests, Synthese.
