The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een Product Development Lead om de volgende generatie van onze producten vorm te geven. Je werkt nauw samen met onze CEO en ons multidisciplinaire team om ideeën om te zetten in innovatieve, conforme producten van hoge kwaliteit die gebruikers over de hele wereld bereiken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor productontwikkeling en naleving van regelgeving en je stuurt onze innovatie, van idee tot marktintroductie.

• Leiden van de productontwikkeling van concept tot realisatie, in samenwerking met collega’s en externe partners.

• Regelgevende, klantgerichte en klinische vereisten vertalen naar productvereisten.

• Zorgen voor de planning en het budget, evenals voor de kwaliteit, de traceerbaarheid van het ontwerp en versiebeheer.

• Zorgen dat aan regelgevende vereisten en toepasselijke normen wordt voldaan (MDR Klasse I, ISO 13485, ISO 7176, ISO 12184, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, 21 CFR Part 820).

• Bijdragen aan productregistraties (Eudamed, UKCA, FDA…)

• Hands-on electromechanische product ontwikkeling

• Feedback van klanten en uit klinische praktijken vertalen naar nog betere producten.

• Ondersteuning bieden bij octrooiactiviteiten

Je hoeft niet alles te weten. We zoeken iemand die graag leert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit complexe uitdagingen. Je beschikt over:

• Een masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare opleiding op basis van ervaring

• Ongeveer 2–5 jaar ervaring in productontwikkeling en industrialisatie.

• Ervaring met de praktische implementatie van regelgeving of een sterke ambitie om je hierin te ontwikkelen

• Een hands-on mentaliteit en een ondernemende instelling.

• Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van projectmanagement en organisatie.

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands.

• Je woont binnen een straal van 60 km rond Brugge, zodat je dagelijks op ons kantoor aanwezig kunt zijn.
