Jouw rol als Product Engineer Als Product Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van technische producten die bijdragen aan veiligheid en mobiliteit. Bij Smartfloor krijg je de vrijheid om mee te bouwen aan innovatieve oplossingen en processen slimmer in te richten. Een veelzijdige functie binnen een organisatie waar innovatie, techniek en hands-on ondernemerschap samenkomen. Wat breng jij mee? * HBO werk- en denkniveau * Je hebt ervaring met productontwikkeling binnen een technische omgeving * Ervaring met 3D CAD, zoals SolidWorks of vergelijkbaar * Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en Engelse taal, Duits is een pré * Praktische en hands-on instelling * Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen met productie en engineering Wat ga jij doen? Als Product Engineer krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen het complete ontwikkelproces. Je werkt aan innovatieve producten én aan de doorontwikkeling van bestaande oplossingen. Daarbij combineer je engineering met praktijk: je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste concept tot aan prototypes, testen en implementatie in productie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: * Ontwikkelen van Smartfloor-producten * Uitwerken van ontwerpen in 3D CAD en vertalen naar productie * Maken van materiaalkeuzes, sterkteberekeningen en FEA/FEM-analyses * Verbeteren van productie- en engineeringprocessen * Begeleiden van prototypes, testen en productvalidaties * Ondersteunen van productie, leveranciers en customer service bij technische vraagstukken * Meedenken over maakbaarheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie Wat wij jou bieden: * Een salaris van €4.000 tot €5.500 afhankelijk van ervaring * 36 tot 40 uur per week * CAO Metaal en Techniek en het pensioen volledig betaald *25 vakantiedagen en ADV-dagen * Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid * Doorgroeimogelijkheid afhankelijk van jouw...
