The posting

Voor een internationaal groeiende onderneming actief in duurzame energietechnologie zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Product Engineer.

Je maakt deel uit van het R&D-departement en vormt een belangrijke technische schakel tussen onderzoek & ontwikkeling, productie en toepassingen in het werkveld. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe ideeën en technische innovaties worden vertaald naar betrouwbare, schaalbare en praktisch inzetbare producten en installaties.

Je combineert een brede technische kennis met een hands-on aanpak en werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van duurzame energie-installaties.

Jouw taken

Als Senior Product Engineer sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het mee organiseren en structureren van de werkzaamheden binnen een klein Product Engineering-team.
  • Het stimuleren van samenwerking, kennisdeling en technische afstemming.
  • Het coördineren van de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van technische installaties.
  • Het opvolgen van verschillende technische disciplines, waaronder mechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie, software en regeltechniek.
  • Het meewerken aan verbeterprojecten rond betrouwbaarheid, energie-efficiëntie en technische prestaties.
  • Het ontwikkelen van oplossingen voor diagnose en opvolging op afstand.
  • Het analyseren van technische feedback vanuit productie, techniek, sales en klanten.
  • Het vertalen van praktijkproblemen en gebruikersfeedback naar concrete technische oplossingen.
  • Het uitvoeren en begeleiden van analyses, prototypes, validaties en implementaties.
  • Het opvolgen van technische projecten op het vlak van planning, documentatie en kwaliteit.
  • Het ondersteunen van marktgerichte aanpassingen en verdere productontwikkeling.
  • Het versterken en delen van technische expertise binnen het team en de bredere organisatie.
  • Het bewaken van de betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid van technische oplossingen.

We zoeken een technisch sterke en oplossingsgerichte kandidaat die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma Elektromechanica, bij voorkeur als industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig is door relevante ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring heeft binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Een brede technische kennis heeft van elektromechanica, elektriciteit en/of automatisatie.
  • Interesse heeft in duurzame energie, technische installaties en innovatieve technologie.
  • Vlot kan schakelen tussen theoretische analyse en praktische uitvoering.
  • Problemen zelfstandig analyseert en proactief naar oplossingen zoekt.
  • Planmatig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
  • Verschillende technische projecten en prioriteiten gelijktijdig kan opvolgen.
  • Communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk samenwerkt met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Zeer goed Nederlands spreekt en een goede kennis van het Engels heeft.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met energie en/of landbouw is een pluspunt.
