The posting

In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van nieuwe aardappelproducten en de optimalisatie van bestaande toepassingen. Je begeleidt het volledige traject, van het eerste concept tot een succesvolle marktintroductie, en zorgt ervoor dat elk product voldoet aan de hoogste normen op vlak van kwaliteit, smaak, maakbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.

Je werkt aan een gevarieerd productgamma, waaronder frieten, specialty cuts, gevormde aardappelproducten, gedehydrateerde producten, coatings en andere innovatieve toepassingen. Samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines draag je bij aan de verdere groei van een internationaal R&D-team en een sterk innovatief productportfolio.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineer complexe productontwikkelingsprojecten van concept tot commercialisatie.
  • Ontwikkel nieuwe recepturen en verbeter bestaande productieprocessen.
  • Organiseer labo-, pilot- en industriële testen en evalueer de resultaten.
  • Valideer ingrediënten, grondstoffen, productieprocessen en productspecificaties.
  • Ondersteun commerciële productlanceringen met technische expertise.
  • Stel technische documentatie op en verzorg de coördinatie van productstalen.
  • Analyseer technische risico's en werk doeltreffende oplossingen uit.
  • Werk intensief samen met Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales en externe partners.
  • Draag actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van een internationaal productportfolio.
  • Coach collega's en deel jouw kennis om het R&D-team verder te versterken.
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in Food Science, Voedingstechnologie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen productontwikkeling in de voedingsindustrie vormen de ideale basis.
  • Ervaring met aardappelproducten geldt als een belangrijke troef.
  • Grondige kennis van receptuurontwikkeling, ingrediënten, productieprocessen en opschaling is essentieel.
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring met fabriekstesten, validatieprocessen en commerciële introducties.
  • Analytisch denken combineer je moeiteloos met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Meerdere projecten tegelijk beheren vormt voor jou geen uitdaging.
  • Ook ervaring met coaching of technische begeleiding van collega's is mooi meegenomen.
  • Communicatief weet je gemakkelijk bruggen te slaan tussen internationale en multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels spreken is noodzakelijk.
  • Regelmatig internationaal reizen past binnen jouw professionele ambities.
