That shift needs product leaders who can do two things at once: own strategic topics and deliver against it, and raise the bar for how the whole product organisation works. As Product Lead you report to the VP of Product, lead a team of product managers, and carry real accountability for the business outcomes not just shipping features. The Role - As Product Lead, you own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your strategic initiative, and you're accountable for the measurable outcomes it delivers like adoption, retention, monetisation, reliability. - You lead a team of product managers and technical product managers: coaching, hiring, setting direction, and holding the quality bar. - You sit in product leadership, contributing to company-level product strategy and to how we run product at Sendcloud process, prioritisation, technical debt, and ways of working. - You operate through influence rather than hierarchy, aligning engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership around a shared plan.
