Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer innovativen Softwarelösungen im Bereich der Medizintechnik suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als 1 PRODUCT LEAD Ihr Profil:

* Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten mit- idealerweise im regulierten medizinischen Umfeld (z. B. ISO 13485, IEC 62304).

* Sie definieren leidenschaftlich gerne Produkte und gehen proaktiv auf Stakeholder zu, um Anforderungen strukturiert zu erheben und abzustimmen.

* Sie haben einen Abschluss an einer HTL/FH/Universität mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder eine fundierte fachliche Ausbildung.

* Sie verfügen über adäquate Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Verantwortung für die Produktleitung eines zukunftsweisenden Softwareprodukts im Bereich der Medizintechnik.

* Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Ermittlung von Trends, Chancen und Wettbewerbslandschaft im Bereich chirurgischer Navigation.

* Klare Definition der Produktvision, Positionierung und strategischen Roadmap, abgestimmt auf Marktanforderungen und Geschäftsziele.

* Leitung des Requirements-Engineerings, Übersetzung klinischer und marktbezogener Erkenntnisse in Entwicklungsspezifikationen.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Entwicklungsteam und externen Partnern.

Gehalt

Das Jahres-Mindestgehalt beträgt 55.356€ brutto auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung laut IT-KV.
