Product Management Expert Location: Any Caldic European Country Work Arrangement: Remote/ Hybrid Travel: Approximately 50% across Europe About the Role Are you passionate about the food ingredients industry and eager to drive growth in a highly international environment? We are looking for a commercially driven Product Manager Expert - Asian Sourced Food Ingredients to join our European Food & Nutrition team. This is a newly created position reporting to the Regional Industry Director Food Europe. The role is focused on expanding Caldic's footprint in Asian-sourced ingredients, with a strong emphasis on products sourced from China and other Asian markets. You will act as the commercial bridge between suppliers, sourcing teams, supply chain, sales organizations, and customers across Europe and Asia. This position combines business development, supplier management, product portfolio ownership, and market development. You will play a key role in helping Caldic grow its business in commodity and specialty food ingredients while navigating the complexities of international trade, supply chain management, and market dynamics. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships, educating customers and sales teams, and driving profitable growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop a portfolio of Asian-sourced food ingredient suppliers, with a strong focus on China and other key sourcing regions. - Drive commercial growth and market expansion activities across the European Food & Nutrition business. - Collaborate closely with sourcing teams in Asia to optimize supplier relationships, product availability, and market opportunities. - Work with sales leaders and local commercial teams across Europe to identify and develop new business opportunities. - Support customers and sales teams with product recommendations, application-focused guidance, and commercial exper...
